OVERVIEW
The EEC HARDWARE offering includes sales and support of full industry compliant
(PCI / EMV) products such as Diebold Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Spectra (CREON
Wireless) Mobile & fixed line Point of Sale (POS) devices, Contactless Visa
Paywave and Mastercard Paypass readers, Integrated PIN PAD's, smart,chip, contact
and contactless mifare card production and card acquiring.
The EEC SOFTWARE offering includes sales and support of Postilion EFT switches,
Cell Phone Banking, card management systems, software development for POS and ATMs
including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD)
for prepaid mobile top up and prepaid electricity as well as customised software
development for Banks Teller Software, Lotto applications, pension payouts and person
to person money transfers
EEC provides total outsource solutions for Banks and merchants;
- BANKS: EEC provides rollout and management of ATMs and POS
terminals as well as transaction processing, acquiring, settlement and reconciliation
services. Utilising EEC's outsource solutions reduces capital investment in I.T
infrastructure by the Bank and unlocks additional revenue streams derived from Value
Added Service for the Banks and their customers.
- MERCHANTS: EEC provides the Hardware and the Software as well
as third party EFT transaction processing services between merchants and Banks.
EEC also provides management of Prepaid Airtime vouchers utilising our EVD Back
Office system. This system is a "Warehouse Farm" for Head Offices, Group Companies
and Retailers to manage their Prepaid Vouchers cost effectively with full administrative
access for effective management control of the purchasing, dispensing, tracking
and reporting of all transactions as well as any changes to discount structures.
- TELECOMS: EEC has a full Back Office System to manage prepaid
voucher PINS that will enable mobile telecoms operators to distribute electronic
vouchers efficiently and cost effectively. The EEC EVD system has the ability to
manage PINS from the point of wholesale purchase to the point of vending of the
voucher at retail level, the system caters for rebates and margins for all participants
in the value chain such as sales agents. It also allows for full administrative
access with full reporting and customisation at Head Office or "Group" level as
well as limited access or "view only" for all other participants.
These outsource solutions can be completely branded on the Front End as well as
the Back End System in the livery and corporate branding of the customer thus providing
"Brand Mobility" under a full OEM solution.
