consumables, in particular receipt printer rolls can be branded with the customers
logo on the back for Brand promotion and recognition.
SPARES & SUPPORT
EEC and our network of carefully appointed distributors are already fully trained
and certified in performing pre-staging, delivery and installation of our entire
range of hardware in 50 countries in Africa.
Service Level Agreements which include spare parts and ongoing support are undertaken
by EEC directly or conjunction with our local partners. Our policy on spare parts
is to have an inventory of rolling stock of spare parts in every country where our
products are implemented thus maintaining high levels of uptime of our customer's
networks.
Depending on the model and configuration of Hardware as well as the choice of service
options, grade and frequency of maintenance required by our customers, either monthly
or quarterly including spares, repairs, labour and travelling expenses. Please contact
